Astronomical Connection to the human psyche

This video explores a astronomical connection to the human psyche. The video follows a series of processes and multiplications of human cells and matter, till it is broken up into stardust or thousands of atoms. The video is influenced by philosopher Immanuel Kant’s theory of the noumenal and phenomenal worlds and questions the sensations that are present in our consciousness and our human believed constructs. When creating this video, I was also influenced by David’s Hume’s empiricism and the belief that we know nothing until we have experience it. In the video, I am taking the viewer on a journey through the human experience of the astronomical world and what I believe to be our connection to it.
